In the initial discovery with the producers, we learned that there is nothing that the producer configures to set up Live TV feeds. Therefore, we would need to conduct further discovery around tech admin’s workflow, pain points, and wants.

We will consult the Engineering team regarding the technical details on making associations, having multiple promotional content, more editorial control, etc.

Then, we will conduct Ideation Session and User Testing (2-3 weeks) to create a prototype and validate our workflow and UI.
