We will also consult the Engineering team with the technical details on how Timeline Gallery would be implemented - it can use the same Gallery content type with a flag, or become a separate content type.

Since we have a UI set for Gallery content type, Top 3 Gallery would only require the User Testing (1 week) to validate the workflow.
